Plus NEW itineraries for 2027 & 2028
Disney Cruise Line has unveiled its new Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries, with a wide range of sailings across North America, the Caribbean, Mexico and Southeast Asia.
One of the biggest announcements is the return of Disney Cruise Line to New York City for the first time since 2023. The Disney Wish will sail from New York in late September 2027, following its inaugural European season, with seven special voyages ranging from four to seven nights.
Several of these cruises will visit Bermuda, while others will mark the return of Disney Cruise Line to New England and Atlantic Canada, with calls including Boston, Saint John and Halifax.
The Disney Wish will then reposition to San Juan, Puerto Rico, where it will offer a seven-night Southern Caribbean sailing visiting destinations including Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire and Dominica, before heading to Port Canaveral.
San Juan will also feature more prominently in Disney Cruise Line’s schedule, with the Disney Fantasy offering a selection of Southern and Eastern Caribbean itineraries from Puerto Rico during late 2027 and spring 2028.
Another major highlight will be two 14-night Panama Canal cruises aboard the Disney Magic. The first will sail from San Diego to Galveston in November 2027 and include Disney Cruise Line’s first visit to Fuerte Amador, Panama. A return westbound sailing in March 2028 will feature another maiden call, this time to Colón, Panama.
More Disney Ships in Florida
From November 2027, Port Canaveral will become home to three Wish-class ships.
For the first time, the Disney Destiny will be based at Port Canaveral, offering three- to seven-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Before making the move, the ship will begin the season sailing from Fort Lauderdale.
The Disney Wish will also return to Port Canaveral for three- and four-night Bahamian sailings, while the Disney Treasure will continue its popular seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries.
The Disney Dream will begin the season from Port Canaveral before repositioning to Fort Lauderdale, while the Disney Fantasy will operate from several Florida and Caribbean ports throughout the season.
The Fantasy will also sail to Bermuda from Fort Lauderdale for the first time as part of a special eight-night itinerary.
California and Texas Sailings
Both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will begin the Fall 2027 season sailing from San Diego, with cruises ranging from three to seven nights to destinations including Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas and Catalina Island.
Following its Panama Canal crossing, the Disney Magic will spend the season sailing from Galveston, Texas.
Selected seven-night cruises from Galveston will visit both Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Disney Adventure Continues in Singapore
The Disney Adventure will continue sailing from Singapore, with new three- and four-night itineraries available between September and December 2027.
Selected Disney Adventure sailings will also include a new destination, Langkawi, Malaysia, giving guests the opportunity to explore its tropical coastline and rainforests.
Halloween and Christmas Cruises Return
Disney Cruise Line’s seasonal celebrations will also return for 2027.
Halloween on the High Seas sailings will begin in September, featuring themed entertainment, character appearances, deck parties and trick-or-treating at sea.
Very Merrytime Cruises will follow in November and December, bringing Christmas decorations, festive entertainment, seasonal treats and appearances from Santa Claus to selected ships.
When Can You Book?
Early bookings for selected Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members open on 31 August 2026, with general bookings opening on 8 September 2026.
With the return of New York, new Panama ports, more cruises from San Juan and an expanding fleet spread across even more destinations, Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 looks set to be one of Disney Cruise Line’s most varied seasons yet.
